HOOD TENNIS has continuosly focused on propagating the game of Tennis, Sports in general, fitness and an active lifestyle, amongst the young and old since it started carrying out projects in the UK
Our focus has been to bring these to people within deprived and poor areas while embracing the diversity within said areas. Our activities have been focused around the South East of London utilising free facilities within parks and open spaces
Some of our Yearly events here in the UK include
Free Kids Play Tennis Project in Abbey Wood and Plumstead
Family Summer Barbecue
AbbeyHood Challenge
D Hood Danny's Cup.
A competition that brings together male and female competitors as team-
Collaborate with Integrated Sports Company in organising The Spring Tennis Challenge
We also do free once a week coaching lessons for kids on Wednesday evenings, with ladies evening once a week as well to encorage ladies to play the game
